This small laundry mat has been out of business for nearly six months and has become rapidly popular among the strays as a safe place to spend the night. The back door in the alley is broken so, strays can gain easy access into the abandoned shop. Old dryers and washers are just about the only things left in the shop but the sturdy walls and occasional piece of forgotten cloth can be used to make a safe place to sleep. Occasionally, pregnant mothers with nowhere else to go will bear a litter here and can become quite defensive of the place or are easy prey for stronger, more violent strays.
