Harthorn City Pound

In a sense, this is the first stop to the Kilco Labs. The pound is where strays are taken for three days and, if unclaimed, they are shipped to the labs. Deals with the labs are kept under wraps so humans that may be opposed to animal experimentation don't find out. Some dogs such as the lame, blind, deaf, pregnant or ill are not sent to the lab but, instead put down. There have been some great escapes from this place but also some tragic ends.
