A few years ago, a history hidden from the humans, someone released a pack of rabid dogs within the hidden alleys. These dogs' only intentions were to find any stray dog and kill them. A violent, bloody battle ensued against rabid dogs versus the strays. Even if the strays won, it didn't matter. They themselves would quickly get infected by the rabies and die. Because of this, the first dogs who were previously infected would die, but after awhile it would be revealed that more dogs were getting infected. Soon, strays had to kill their best friends and family members to stop the disease from spreading.
A few years lately, the disease has all but been wiped out of the city. Those who are found to have are killed instantly. But that doesn't mean that eventually another outbreak will happen. Will it be on purpose again is what everyone wants to know.
