Paladin Pups [tracking thread]

With the permission of the wonderful Evkav, and the ideas
of my not-so-large-but-functioning brain, we will now have
my character Embry be the tutor, teacher and instructor to
the Paladin pups regarding academic things. The things are
like knowledge on humans, history of Harthorn and more...
And, of course his main job is to be the storyteller, but this
is the other thing he’ll do, which is help the pups learn stuff.
So, um, yeah. This will be the tracking thread for the pups.

Sy’ri;; A young male Shiba Inu with black and brown fur and a broken collar from years ago.
Mercury;; A lean, marbled fur Border collie x Siberian Husky who's prominent feature is her one blue eye.
Jasper;; Medium sized red and white male, white underbelly, slightly curled tail and brown eyes.
Graham;; Milk chocolate golden retiever and Irish setter with emerald green eyes.

R U L E S;;

I) Attendance: Attendance to all formal Paladin Pup classes, expeditions, field trips and research trips are compulsory. One can only miss it with reasonable cause. If you do not involve yourself in the activities, you can’t enjoy it, after all.

II) The Buddy System: Never, ever go on an expedition or field trip without your buddy. When attending classes always check if your buddy is there with you. If they are not, quickly inform your tutor (Embry) of this.

III) If ever there is a pup without a buddy (in the case that there is an odd number of pups in the pack), that pup must be accompanied by Embry when on an expedition or trip. He/she may not join another pair. It’s called pair for a reason.

IV) Other Pups: If you are having trouble with another pup, do not take physical action, or any action at all really. Just inform your tutor of the problem, and if the problem is big, he will have to bring it up to the higher ranked dogs. If the problem is little, you and the other pup will be paired up in the buddy system as temporary pairs to sort it out, or your tutor will sort it out for you.

V) If your buddy is taken away due to a temporary pair time-out, you will be paired with the buddy of the other pup. Example: Jojo is buddies with Blue, but Blue has been paired with Honey due to a temporary time-out. Thus, Honey’s buddy, Sugar, will then become Jojo’s new buddy. But if Honey did not have a buddy, —Sugar does not exist— Jojo will have to be buddied up with either Embry, or the current pup Embry is accompanying. After the time out, things will go back to normal.

VI) Do not hesitate to ask questions, give ideas or voice opinions during classes or activities. Always speak your mind as it is part of the training in becoming great dogs. Confidence is a virtue and principle of Paladin Pups.

C L A S S E S;;

» There are a total of four different types of classes in the Paladin Pup Education System. A pup may join the non-compulsory class if he or she wishes to, but must join class one, two and three. Thus a pup can join either three or all four classes.

Class One: Etiquette and Behavior;; normal ways of behavior, respect and manners will be taught in this class. This class will have an annual activity. In this activity the pups will have to work with their buddy and visit the elders, deamons and omega of the pack and do something nice to whichever dog they choose.

Class Two: Basic Knowledge;; here you will learn basic survival skills, math calculations, pack positions and more about your own pack. You will learn basic hunting skills as well, and tips on how to survive in tough situations. Learn about the Earth and nature.

Class Three: Kilco Labs Study;; this class is a study on, yes, Kilco Labs. Students will visit the outside of the lab (not often) if needed. This class is also in the same district of self-defense. You will learn about daemons and special powers, and how, even though daemons are different, they are still dogs. You will also learn a bit on humans.

Class Four: Harthorn History;; do not let the word ‘history’ mislead you. The history of Harthorn will be revealed in this class, but this class is the most likely one to go on expeditions and field trips around Harthorn. You will also get to interact with other Harthorn dogs as part of your class. Rarely conducted in the church. [not compulsory]

P.P.E.S Orientation Day:

Dear pup,
this week you will be required to attend the orientation of the new Paladin Pup education system in the church. In this orientation you will be given your buddy and you will be introduced to your tutor. It will be a simple meeting, and no real lessons will be conducted. This is just an introduction to your classes and to your tutor. Thank you.
